Tier Guide

Issuance timing: Coupons can be downloaded starting at midnight (00:00:00) on the 1st of each month.
Provision Criteria: The coupon pack is provided based on the Tier determined for the current month. The amount and number of coupons may vary by Tier each month.
How to Download: You can download the coupon pack from [My > Tier Benefits].
How to use: Downloaded coupons can be used for in-app payments on YeoTi. Points can also be used together. Each coupon may have different conditions such as applicable treatments, minimum payment amount, and clinics. Detailed conditions can be checked after downloading in [My > Coupons].
Validity period: Coupons are valid until 23:59:59 on the last day of the month.

Coupon Pack

Point accumulation timing: Points are automatically accumulated when a ticket is used.
Earning Criteria: Up to 2.5% of the ticket amount used will be credited, and the earning rate is applied based on the Tier at the time of ticket use. If a decimal occurs, it will be rounded at the first decimal place.
How to use: Accumulated points can be used for app payments on YeoTi. Points can be used in units of 100, up to a maximum of 45% of the treatment cost.
Validity Period: Valid for 90 days from the date of accrual and will be automatically expired thereafter.

Payback Points

Tier calculation conditions?

The renewed tier is valid until 23:59:59 on the last day of the month.
In other words, tier benefits can be used from the 1st to the last day of each month.

Tier Validity Period

Tiers are calculated based on the amount or number of tickets used within the last 6 months.
For example, the April 2025 tier is calculated based on tickets used from October 1, 2024 (00:00:00) to March 31, 2025 (23:59:59).

Calculation Period

For multi-use passes, the total amount is evenly divided based on the number of sessions and recognized as performance.
For example, if you purchase a ₩100,000 multi-use pass for 5 hair removal sessions and use 1 ticket, the used amount will be recognized as ₩20,000 per ticket for 1 ticket used.

Multi-use Pass Performance Calculation

On-site App Pay is eligible for both YeoTi Tier performance and payback point benefits. (Applicable only when using YeoTi’s On-site App Pay.)
One ticket is counted toward Tier performance for each On-site App Pay transaction.
The On-site App Pay amount is counted toward amount performance. (Calculated based on the total amount, including used discount amounts and YeoTi cash, not the actual paid amount.)
Up to 2.5% of the On-site App Pay amount is accumulated as payback points.
Payback points are credited at the time the On-site App Pay transaction is marked as “Confirmed,” which may take up to 24 hours after payment. If you wish to receive the points earlier, please request the hospital to complete the “Confirmed” status.

What are the Tier conditions for On-Site App Pay?

The tier will be granted if either the ticket amount or the number of tickets condition is met.
Only used tickets are recognized as tier performance, and the performance is calculated based on the usage completion date.

If a used ticket is canceled (either ticket usage cancellation or purchase cancellation), the corresponding performance will be deducted.

Performance gained through fraudulent activity will not be recognized, and your Tier may be revoked along with associated benefits.

The validity period of the converted YeoTi Cash is 5 years, and when the validity period of the YeoTi Cash expires, it is automatically destroyed.

The validity period of the purchased ticket is initially 1 year. It can be extended up to 2 times in 6-month increments, from 30 days before the expiration date to the expiration date.

When the expiration date of an unused ticket expires, the purchase is automatically canceled and converted to YeoTi Cash equivalent to the ticket amount.

If you cancel your purchase in full, any remaining valid coupons and points will be refunded to your account. For partial cancellations, the points used will be refunded based on the proportion of the "unused ticket amount," but only the points that are still valid at the time of cancellation will be considered. (Coupons are not eligible for refunds.)
If a multi-use pass is used at least once, all remaining uses will be canceled. The refund amount will be calculated by deducting the regular price of a single-use ticket for each used session from the total payment.

The validity period can be extended once for one year. For more information, please contact the customer center (1544-9903).

You can cancel directly from the app up to 30 days after purchase, and after 30 days you can request a cancellation to the clinic.

Tickets are automatically cancelled upon expiry, which is 6 months from the date of purchase for single tickets and 1 year for multi-use tickets

If you cancel after 1 year of purchase, it will be refunded to your bank account. (please allow 3-5 business days)

When refunding your account directly through the hospital, it will take at least 7 business days.

When payment is canceled, any coupons and points remaining within the validity period will be refunded to your account. In case of partial cancellation, no refund will be made regardless of the remaining validity period.

If you cancel after extending the validity period or extend the validity period and the ticket is still unused due to expiration, it will be converted to YeoTi Cash in the amount of the ticket.

If cancellation is made within 1 year of purchase, cancellation and refund will be made using the payment method used. (Takes up to 7 business days depending on payment company policy)

‘Side effect assurance care service’ is the service that allows you to receive ‘Treatment grant’ to treat side effects when side effects occur. This service was created for the first time in Korea with the advice of five skin care medical experts, including dermatologists and plastic surgeons. ‘DB Insurance’ is involved in ‘Treatment grant’ claim and payment process. This service is provided only when payment is made in YeoTi app (online payment). Insurance fee is fully covered by YeoTi.

Paralysis: When treating facial nerve paralysis using electromyography

Necrosis: When treating necrosis, which cannot be healed naturally and requires surgical flap surgery or skin grafting, etc.

4. Coverage amount: Up to ₩1,000,000 (for purchases after 2021.09.01)

Service subscription fee is fully supported by Fastlane Inc., which operates YeoTi service.

Even if you receive several treatments on the same day, it is still considered one combined treatment. Even if several side effects occur, only up to ₩1,000,000 (for purchases after 2021.09.01) is covered.

Even if the same side effect occurs due to various treatments within guarantee period, it is difficult to determine which treatment is the cause, so the same side effect is only compensated once.

If you receive various treatments at another clinic within guarantee period and experience other side effects, an additional ‘Treatment grant’ will be paid.

When requesting ‘Treatment grant’, customer must submit proof documents of treatment for side effects within 60 days after receiving treatment. (Medical treatment confirmation from clinic where treatment was performed, Medical confirmation from clinic treating the side effects, etc.)

To be recognized, you must receive treatment for side effects from a doctor at clinic other than clinic where treatment was performed.

‘Treatment grant’ claims can only be made by the user entered in ‘purchaser info’ at the time of payment.

Skin treatments are limited to acne improvement, laser treatment, skin scaling, injection treatment, botox, filler, hair removal, and semi-permanent treatment.

This service may be terminated early depending on Fastlane Inc.'s circumstances.

The validity period is based on Korean Standard Time, and can be extended starting from 30 days before the expiration date, and can be extended up to twice in 6-month increments.

You can easily make reservations through the app with the tickets you purchased, and reservation times are accepted based on Korean Standard Time.

For clinic that do not accept mobile bookings, you can call the clinic directly and make a reservation using the same 'phone number' registered to your account. <BoldText>When making a reservation by phone, must say, "I bought it in advance on YeoTi!".</BoldText>

It is extended in six-month increments from the initial expiration date, and can be extended up to two times.
