1주일 동안은 사우나, 목욕탕, 찜질방 및 수영장은 피해주세요.

1주일 동안은 음주나 흡연, 과도한 운동은 피해야 합니다.

주삿바늘 자국, 붓기, 멍이 생길 수 있으나 2~4주 내로 호전 되세요.

멍이 생겼을 경우 냉찜질, 그 이후 온찜질해주면 도움이 됩니다.
