After the procedure, please refrain from drinking and smoking.

Do not massage or press hard on the treatment area

Avoid strenuous exercise for 3 to 4 days after the procedure

Avoid hot and humid saunas, steam rooms, etc. for a week.

There may be erythema, swelling, and bruising, but this should go away within a few days.
