보약은 한 달만 먹어도 되나요, 3개월은 먹어야 하나요?

체질보약은 신체 전반의 기능 회복과 건강 상태 개선을 목적으로 처방됩니다. 일반적으로 체질보약은 약 3개월의 복용 기간을 권장하고 있습니다. 다만, 증상이 경미하거나 발생한 지 오래되지 않은 경우에는 1개월 정도의 복용으로도 충분한 개선을 기대할 수 있습니다.
