Will the treatment make my skin thinner in the long run?
Because LaraPeel is not a peel, but rather a treatment that improves the overall skin barrier, there is little to no thinning, sensitivity, or damage to the skin. The longer you have it, the more it will fill in the skin.
Doesn't it hurt?
Since conventional AHA peels are based on the principle of physically exfoliating dead skin cells, the skin barrier is damaged and the skin is accompanied by heat and stinging. However, LHA LaraPeel is based on the principle of gently dissolving dead skin cells and penetrating nutrients deep into the skin, so it is less irritating such as heat and stinging.
Precautions
We recommend avoiding heavy alcohol consumption, saunas and steam rooms, and hot baths for 3-7 days after your procedure.
Occasionally, you may experience redness and temporary discomfort after the procedure, but this should resolve soon.
Avoid using scrubs and peels during the treatment period.
