KKEUT KM Clinic(Gangnam)Hello. This is Gangnam Gguk Korean Medicine Clinic. 😊
Thank you for sharing your valuable review and honest feedback. We’re glad you were satisfied with the thorough treatment, but we apologize for the inconvenience caused by mistakes in guidance and the check-in process due to frequent changes in our front desk staff. 🙏
We will thoroughly review the issues you raised internally and take even greater care to ensure that your treatment details and instructions are accurately communicated, even when staff members change.
Going forward, we will strengthen handover procedures and verification processes among staff to prevent such inconveniences from recurring, so that you can enjoy a more comfortable experience. Thank you for your valuable feedback. 💙
