Refrain from strenuous or excessive exercise for 3 to 4 days after the procedure.

Avoid high-temperature and humid places such as saunas for about a week after the procedure.

Please refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking after the procedure.

Face washing and Make-Up are possible after the procedure; using a gentle, low-irritant cleanser is recommended.
