인모드 전체 + 슈링크 300샷을 티켓 구매해둔 상태였는데, 방금 예약 없이 들렀습니다. 보통 피부과들은 예약이 없어도 대기하면 받아주시는 편이라, 혹시 가능할까 해서 방문한 거예요. 물론 예약이 꽉 차 있으면 안될 수도 있다는 건 충분히 알고 있었고요. 근데 “인모드를 지금 예약 없이 방문하셨다고요?”라며 인상 쓰는지 비웃는듯이 큰소리로 짜증내듯 말씀하시는데… 진짜 황당했습니다. 화낼 뻔했지만, 똑같은 사람이 되기 싫어서 그냥 나왔어요. 다른 피부과들은 기본적으로 서비스직답게 응대도 부드럽고, 현장에서 예약도 도와주는데 여기선 그마저도 없이 전화로 다시 예약하라며 짜증을 내더라고요. 이런 식이면 누가 다시 가고 싶을까요? 20만 원이 큰돈은 아니지만, 이런 기분 상하려고 피부과 가는 건 아니잖아요
