NUWA Clinic (Gangnam)Hello, this is Neowha Clinic Gangnam😊 Thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful and detailed review💜 We’re truly delighted to hear that you were satisfied with everything—from the consultation and our staff’s hospitality to the pleasant clinic environment and the director’s meticulous treatment. However, we apologize that the total visit time was longer than expected due to waiting times at each stage—from check-in to consultation, anesthesia, and the procedure itself. We will carefully review the points you mentioned and pay even closer attention to improving our appointment and clinic operations so that your future visits go more smoothly. Thank you for being satisfied with the results and the thoroughness of the procedure despite the long wait, and we will strive to provide an even more comfortable and satisfying experience during your next visit. Thank you😊
