Ulthera
Ultherapy is a procedure in which high-intensity ultrasound energy reaches the epidermis, dermis, and 4.5mm deep fascia layer (SMAS) of the skin to lift sagging tissue in all layers of the skin. Ultrasound energy creates strong thermal coagulation points in the fascia layer of the skin, which sags due to aging, and shrinks it, resulting in a powerful lifting effect that is not enough to improve elasticity alone.
